The Meat Preserving Shed is a Structure in the Primitive+-DLC of ARK: Survival Evolved.
Usage
The Meat Preserving Shed extends spoil timers by 10x.
Used to make Jerky, keep in mind that on Primitive+ Organic Oil or Crude Oil can be used.
You can also use Salt or Crude Oil and sparkpowder for making Salted Jerky with regular Cooked Meat or for Salted Prime Jerky with Cooked Prime Meat.
Fuel
Each fuel item used will burn for a different amount time, the table below shows the difference in items and allows the player to judge the most suitable fuel to use for the burn time required.

- The Meat Preserving Shed cannot be crafted nor added to the engram list of the game. However, it can be spawned in with "admincheat gfi preservingshed 1 0 0".
- The Preserving Shed is a far more aesthetically pleasing option for Decor and for Use, although it is reported to be inefficient in comparison to the Preserving Campfire and Smokehouse.
